WHAT IS POSITIVE ATTITUDE ???
What does positive attitude mean?
You have probably been told more than once, “You should have a positive attitude”.
Have you wondered what is the meaning of these words and why positive attitude matters?
When do people tell you that you need to dump your negative attitude and adopt a positive one?
This usually happens when you feel down, expect failure, and doubt your abilities. You may also hear these words when you are about to give up, and when you show lack of faith in yourself.
Being positive, you see the bright side of life, you become confident and expect improvement and success.
In this post, I would like to offer a few explanations and definitions about the meaning of positive attitude, and also talk about the character traits of people who posses this attitude.
A positive attitude is essential to happiness, joy, and progress in life.
It means a positive outlook on life.
This state of mind brings light, hope and enthusiasm into the life of those who possess it.
Adopting this mindset in your life does not mean that everything will always move smoothly, and there that there would be no bumps on the road.
However, this outlook ensures that any setback you might encounter will not stop you or change your state of mind. This outlook on life would also give the strength to go on, try again, and do your best despite any setback.
It is so easy to fall into negative thinking, doubts, worries and fears, and adopt a negative outlook on life.
However, with a positive state of mind you can shift your attention toward hope optimism and good, constructive thoughts.
With this state of mind, you do not let obstacles stand in your way. You feel confident and are sure of your success.
WHAT ARE ADVANTAGES OF POSITIVE ATTITUDE ???
There are main 17 advantages of positive attitude :-

Our positive or negative thoughts and attitudes can impact our hearts. One study sought to identify the possible benefits of a positive attitude in patients diagnosed with heart disease.
The results looked at patients with cardiovascular disease who introduced positive constructs. The study found they experienced improved heart health. They also benefited from reduced rates of hospitalization. And even improved mortality. We can note that optimism was the major construct established and used in this study.
Another study suggests that having positive psychological well-being can further aid heart health. This study shows a contribution to the prevention of cardiovascular health issues. This means that we may protect ourselves from heart disease and improve our physical health by staying optimistic. A positive person avoids the burden and traits of negative thoughts.

Positive people always find a solution in a problem.
If your mindset towards the situation is positive, you can extract the positive thoughts from life sucking circumstances.
You will always look for a possible way to conquer the present situation rather than making excuses.

They looked at which students from the sample would actively pursue their learning. Furthermore, which would encounter problems. Before they evaluated intellectual capacity, they assessed students' attitudes toward their education.
Just like the students in this group, a positive attitude will help you approach challenging tasks better. You can also counter negative emotions when they sneak up on you by challenging these thoughts with your self-belief

Positive people use humor, creativity, relaxation, and optimistic thinking. Each of these qualities can help to disarm disagreements and dispel those bad attitude moments. Generally, this positive attitude will make anyone a better friend, family, or partner.

The only answer to all these questions is - Develop never give up attitude.
